What happen wasn't the deal created on the billing side or did the agent select the wrong option when he/she upgraded the contract or didn't such promotion exist at the time.

I think you might want to use commas in your sentence, as I'm finding it very difficult to understand what you wrote.

Afaik the 10gb deal is R900 with a R700 discount... she said the discount does not apply if I continue on month to month

My contract ended in July, and I stayed on R299, until TM phoned me and gave me a new contract for R199.

My invoice is a problem as it is and now the debit order went through on 15th of this month. They took R515 from my account. My debit order date is 1st of every month. The amount that should be taken on 1st of December is R209.

1. Why the my was the money taken from my account on 15th of November instead of 1st December? My previous debit order was on 1st November. i wonder if the debit will go through again on 1st December.
2. When is my invoice going to be fixed. It has been almost 2 months.
My invoice became so complicated. I dont even understand what is going on there. I will wait for next invoice to understand what is going on.

Wait for your invoice before getting excited. I did the exact same thing as you did in September and still struggling to sort out the billing.

Will it work with an Afrihost Mifi dongle? And no I will not be cancelling my 5GB for R145 from Afrihost ;)

Serias? R145 for 5GB, no way, TM charges me like R350 for 5GB, maybe if they bring their price down to R200 then i'll stay with them, but for now i'm considering AfriHost.

As is in typical useless Telkom Mobile fashion I just got a message saying I will be debited R299 again this month, after which apparently this was sorted out. : /

My billing worked fine this month, so it looks to only be affecting some.

Also been waitng for them to rectify my billing.
Have already pmed the rep a few times and always say someone will contact me shortly, but no one ever does...

Serias ? Afrihost charges you R 145 for 5 GB ? TM charges me R199 for 20 GB (10 + 10). If you do the math, that is = R 50 for 5 GB :D

6 months later and I've had not one billing issue. But that's also because some of us are not lazy and rely on mistakes first. I called after signing contract to confirm all information. One slight error (email invoice preferred but that's about it!)

If you want to rely on ANY company following instructions 100%, then you should disappear off this planet!
