20GB for R199?

Telkom Mobile,

with your help I was contacted by TM and I renewed my 10 x 10 data contract at the reduced rate of R199 per month which was to be from November and I received email confirmation thereof. On 1 November I received the 10 x 10 Gb, BUT I was still charged at the pre-renewal rate of R299. Can you please assist me in sorting this out? I also sent you a PM . Thank you.

I have sent numerous PM's and nothing has been resolved. I got the invoice for the end of the month and again it is still at R299.

So my latest statement reflects R99 for 20GB.

Which means a refund on the previous months R299 was done.

My invoice became so complicated. I dont even understand what is going on there. I will wait for next invoice to understand what is going on.

I wish I was as lucky as you, .. mine says R299 for 10gb+10gb.

... but, I have only had 10Gb for the past 2 months. :crying:

Spoke to an yet another agent (>30 now) this morning, about getting my 10 Gb Night Surfer back, which has been missing for 2 months, ..

.. after she spoke to her Manager, .. she says that I can get the 10Gb Night Surfer back, but it will cost me an additional R100 pm. :confused: :wtf:

WTF!!!! .. I'm paying R299 for 10Gb, .. and they now want R399 for 10Gb+10Gb. They have no clue as to what they are doing. :confused:

After speaking with her at some length about debits and credits etc. ... it makes me very very nervous. :erm:

Telkom now owe me a credit of R500.00!!! :mad:

I really don't see them resolving my problems ... although, maybe I should cut them a break ... I mean, .. it's only been since the 1st of August (3 months now) that they screwed my account up completely.

... and as the Sun sets further over the horizon .. all hope fades. :(

My contract is ending this month and i was hoping to take advantage of this offer and renew it for another 24 months but i think i am just gonna let it roll on month to month until these billing issues are sorted :eek:

I also have this offer, i asked the call centre agent if i continue on month to month what would the cost be and she said R9xx, the normal price without contract discount, can anyone confirm this?

month to month will keep the R199 price for 10gb
I was on it for about 3 months

What happen wasn't the deal created on the billing side or did the agent select the wrong option when he/she upgraded the contract or didn't such promotion exist at the time.
