20GB for R199?

Hi,

I received an SMS that because my current Internet 5 Promo contract is due for renewal, I am eligible for an exclusive offer to get an additional 10gb night data free.

Can some-one please explain what this entails? My current contract is 10gb + 10gb for R299pm?

A couple of us have renewed with this deal

there may be billing problems in the begining, but if you stick around here the telkom mobile rep will get it sorted

Hi Perrie

That means that you can renew your internet 5 promo, get the additional 10GB night surfer and pay R199 per month. All you have to do is to PM us your internet 5 promo number and contact number and we will ask the Loyalty Team to assist you.

I was hoping that by the time I renew my contract that 8ta woud've sorted out their billing MESS but alas I was wrong, 8ta have overcharged me by R220 the first month signing up with my new contract.

Now I have to wait for a case to be logged then someone will contact me ect...

It's absolute nonsense that because of your MESS I have to now wait possibly weeks before getting my money back.
 
So I renewed with the new R199 price and would you believe they still billed me the normal R299..

I want to take them up on this offer, but afraid of OUT OF BUNDLE shock!

Once the allocated data is depleted does the OOB(out of bundle) shark come out to bite you.

no, once you have used your bundle it takes you to the login page and you choose to either surf out of bundle or buy a new data bundle
