2GB+2 Vodacom scam !

Im not even bugged about getting a modem i just want to know if possible how much the extra data would cost since i want to keep using my R201
 
Here we go again, you make a claim that should be easy to prove (all you have to do is post the advertisments you refer to). But the moment I ask you to provide proof you start with this type of nonsense and insulting response.

Just admit you made it all up and the rest of us can carry on with a grown-up conversation.

Once again we ask you to approach the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority of SA) and officially report the advert so we all can see if there is truth in your allegation please. As wrote it already, proof is in your T&C. I wrote already that you advertize product in many ways, including T&C.

This is a response we can expect from Vodacom rep. Rip-off the customer and when are complains, then customer is a drug addict and receives advice for counselling!
Subject says all, it is Vodacom scam.

Hello Vercogen. The R149.00 is only applicable within the 24 month contract period. Outside of that you may either upgrade it with a new Mofaya 1 ; 2 or 3Gig deal or cancell the line. If you leave the contract running month to month, then normal rates for the 2Gig will apply. Any Vodacom SP dealer can assist you in either upgrading the line or migrating it to prepaid. Should you wish to cancel, you may contact 0821958.

I am still paying R349 and i am still in my 24 month contract?, am I not suppose to still pay R149.

Hello vergogen. I have checked on your line and see you have not upgraded. You will not be put on the new Mofaya special tariff untill such time that you upgrade and extend your contract for a further 24 months. Untill then, Vodacom will keep on charging your normal rates as your previous Mofaya special you had was only a 12 month contract. That contract has finished and hence the higher monthly subs.

Please visit your nearest Vodacom Shop and upgrade. Below is your options:

1GIG @ R99.00
2GIG @ R149.00
3GIG @ R199.00

The above is supplied with a K3772 modem
