My 2TB package worked great until last month, the tower close to me died and since then my speeds has dropped from around 70mbps down to maybe 3mbps down. I have tried contacting Telkom but due to me having this deal through Afrihost I had to contact them. Afrihost has not been able to resolve anything, everytime I contacts] them, I get a new reference nr, when you give them your old reference nr they need a couple of days to check to get feedback, the story goes on and on. I get billed for the service which I'm struggling to use due to poor speed.
@AfriNatic Is there anyway you can assist, please do not tell me again of the website or the whatsapp, if that is my only options to resolve this, I just cancel the package.
