2TB Anytime data

What router are you using? On a Huawei here and I locked to FDD (1800+2100 with 1800 for upload with the Huawei band tool) to avoid the same winding up you mention, except I did it for upload benefits. It should keep 4G+ permanently active too. Downloads will start at 25mbps and progress upward from there as aggregation does its thing.
I'm using a Huawei b525. I have experimented with the bands and have found that the 1800 + 2100 is the most stable. That's the current setting I'm using.
 
Haha ons het so bietjie outage gehad, signal was maar 50% vir n ruk en snr so 7. Maar is gesort nou. Ek sien ook ons het nou BAND 20., wat ons nooit tevore gehad het nie.... So ons toets hom maar.
 
Anybody know if a Mikrotik outdoor LTE router/Antenna will work over a 15-20km range with the Telkom 2TB sim deal?
 
I've run into a weird issue. Using the unrestricted APN I can't visit Builder's Warehouse's website. It gives a 403 error. 1669662119316.png

If I switch to the normal APN the site works, but then the PS5 gives NAT type 3 issues. Guess I'm not visiting that site. Any ideas why this happens? Anyone else on the unrestricted APN seeing the same? I'm not using any port forwarding, so that can't be the issue.

Had the same issue before but it seems to have fixed itself.

My 2TB package worked great until last month, the tower close to me died and since then my speeds has dropped from around 70mbps down to maybe 3mbps down. I have tried contacting Telkom but due to me having this deal through Afrihost I had to contact them. Afrihost has not been able to resolve anything, everytime I contacts] them, I get a new reference nr, when you give them your old reference nr they need a couple of days to check to get feedback, the story goes on and on. I get billed for the service which I'm struggling to use due to poor speed. @AfriNatic Is there anyway you can assist, please do not tell me again of the website or the whatsapp, if that is my only options to resolve this, I just cancel the package.

I'm not happy with my package :(

When I first acquired this package in April last year, I had really excellent speeds, sometimes approaching the high 90's Mbps. Sadly, in the last 2-3 months, my speeds have become so horrendous that it takes minutes to load a Google search query. My recent speed tests have been anywhere from 0.1 to 0.5 Mbps max. Every time I go to Telkom, they give me the same solution of doing a sim swap, which works for a few hours then speeds drop drastically again.
