Hi guys, getting insanely bad lag... Here are my router stats, using Routesentry as well.

DSP FirmwareVersion DMT FwVer: 3.5.12.4_A_TC, HwVer:T14F7_0.0
DMT Status Up
Operational Mode ADSL G.Dmt
Upstream 128 kbps
Downstream 384 kbps
Noise Margin (Upstream) 31.0 db
Noise Margin (Downstream) 45.5 db
Attenuation (Upstream) 13.0 db
Attenuation (Downstream) 25.5 db

Any help?

Yes mate, could it be that a weak/dying psu could be affecting my network interface card, causing bit transfer rates to freak out?

If that where happening your pc is more likely to shutdown or restart. If you had a lightning strike on the hardware yes then it can be your networks card.

okay what is your pings and what is your pc setup and is it a constant high ping or do you keep getting ping spikes, have you played before and had no problems?

pings are low, 18 ms on bf2, 50ish 60ish on cod4 right now, even with low ping its jittery and i keep getting "connection problems" in bf2 error display.

Im downloading Wireshark and will post the scan here.

Specs: Q6600, 4 gig DDR2 800HZ, Gigabyte cheapy mobo, 9800GT, D-link NIC, Billion router *old, will try other one i have*

Did you by any chance have the internet problem with sp3? Just search around because it could be that.(something to do with the dns or something not sure but I know there was a problem with sp3)

The other possibility is that its your screen-card drivers that's too old or that it might be too new.
