LabAnimal, nothing could tell you your speed increase besides a speed test or a download.
Your router should be correct and probably is, but just check it out. Truth is that you wont see too much of a difference for 192kb (running at 265kb) to 384kb on the net, unless its a very graphics intensive site or you open two or three sites at a time.. Its mostly in the downloads where the speed change counts.
