Hi all
I'm not a 3CX user but am getting calls from a number of annoyed 3CX users because the 3CX software insists on trying to connect to a foreign STUN server before my local SIP server and, with the current SEACOM outage, it cannot get through to the STUN server.
Does anyone know how one can disable STUN on 3CX? I do know one can use the "Internal IP" when connecting to the SIP server, however, this setting alone doesn't cause 3CX to disable STUN; it seems it still tries to perform a STUN lookup.
If there is no way to disable STUN on 3CX, I'll probably just set up a local STUN server, but it seems pointless that 3CX insists on using it when my clients don't actually need it.
