Good Day
As discussed in my previous email, I purchased a 40” D6000 TV a few months back from you guys only to discover two weeks ago that the TV is FALSELY marketed by Samsung as a 3D Full HD TV. Please see the links below for the write up too this as well as the press release from Samsung Germany whom offered their customers a refund option or an upgrade to another TV. This defect is across the entire D6x00 range and it is a MAJOR concern to me.

Samsung Germany Statement:

I had run the tests on my screen and it sadly failed displaying the FULL HD 3D Image correctly (Image was blurry compared to 2D Full HD and that was proof that it was up scaled from a lower resolution). In RSA we are protected against this by the CPA which allows to be returned within 6 months if they do not meet their promises as this falls under False Advertising. I have opened a query with Samsung last week Monday but they keep escalating the issue and never provide feedback.
I did receive a response today that there is no fault with the TV and it is in fact FULL HD 3D even despite Samsung Germany stating that it is not. This is deeply upsetting to me as they would not allow me to return my defective unit (Still within the 6 months as per the CPA) or even swop it for another range with FULL HD 3D.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance on this as it is a GRAND SCALE of false marketing
