Anyway, back to post 1.
I received a call from Customer Care, and they have noted my problem and assured me that I will not be paying OOB rates for data I have used after activating the extra Gig on the weekend.
I am a bit sceptical though, based on what has happened to me in the past, and this exra bundle still does not show on my current usage on the account info page. I queried this as was told I need to monitor my usage by calling 082 155.
Seriously, cant someone just fix the website? I want to know why my bundle doest show usage, when it shows its activated under the services page.
@V3g....If it so happens I get the OOB bill for this bundle, are you gonna help me challenge some accounts people on that?
OK now I am seriously EFFING PISSSED OFF!
After all this I check my bill for this and GUESS WHAT. VODACOM SUX when it comes to being competent. The cost of this 1 Gig bundle was charged to my account, but I dont get to use this , I instead get FREAkin charged oob rates!

a V3G ...You promised me this would not happen. I need to knwo what you can do about this now, beacuse I am not paying this bill....
To summarise. I applied for a ad hoc bundle on 14 July, and I made this post on 16 July because it never updated on my 3g account. I was assured I would not pay OOB rates for any data I used within that 1 Gig, but I can confirm through my itemsed billing, that I never got any usage of a 1 Gig bundle that month. Therefore I am charged OOB rates,( when I would have been inside the 1Gig bundle) and top of that I get billed for the 1 Gig ad hoc.
This is utter Bull****, and I do not have to use nice words anymore after being screwed around every single month. Just look for all my posts and you will see the history of crap I have had.
