Hi guys,

I currently have a 4M Telkom Simple Plus account and want to upgrade to an uncapped line as i want to use HDMI Streaming like Chromecast and Apple TV etc...

So the option i have are a 4M Telkom Simple Uncapped line @ R770 or doing it via Afrihose for R 763.00

Telkom Landline R 166.50
Afri-Host Uncapped 4m Line R 597.00
Total R 763.00

From what i understand the Telkom line is throttled during the day and only allows P2P connections during Night Surfer.... Does Afrihost have the same policy or not, would like to be able to run downloads during the day.

Will probably only use around 200 GB a month i assume ?

Thanks

ps, don't expect much in the way of HD streaming on 4mb

Downloading from my previous experiences Afrhost has been best, latency in BF4 is sometimes an issue though. Just jumped back on Afrihost so going to test the latency again over the weekend.

I have no issues streaming Netflix UK in HD, hardly ever have buffering issues but Netflix US I only get SD and I still buffer now and then.

4meg Afrihost business, Line Max though is aroung 3.2meg
