4mb ..is it good

Hi well i been on my 4mb some time now and im happy with it so dont get me wrong..

i would just like to know if the speeds im getting are good or not

had a 384 lol i know what it means to have slow speeds ..

i do sometimes get 3.9mbps ..thats only on weekends though..download speeds of 420kbps avrg..so very happy!
