5.1 Surround speaker problem

Yeesh, I've posted more on the forum in the last couple of weeks than I have in the years I've belonged to it. LOL!

So, here's my next little problem in the quest to get my Windows Media Centre setup working 100%:

The PC that I'm using has an 7.1 sound card on board. The problem is that I cannot plug my speakers directly into the sound card, because they are not amplified.

Now I don't want to have to go and spend another few thousand on buying an AMP, so I was thinking of getting a soundcard that has amplified output. If such a thing exists?

Any ideas?

Update:

I'm currently looking at the MSI MS-4140. It's a 5.1 channel amplified sound card and looks like it should do the trick:

The one downside I see to it is that it doesn't have a plug for the sub... interesting?
