So for me I have an uncapped sim and it has never shown up in the app, I've always had to call in and ask them agents to load for me. Today they tell me the promo is over.....
But..on my prepaid sim it still shows up as R50.44 just like yours. Unfortunately I would have loved to have it in my uncapped sim rather

Yeah contracts are stuffed, here are the available recurring options...Manage subscriptions -> Purchase Re-curing bundle.
I did it near the start of my contract......last year June I think.
