So far. R249 for 5GB month-to-month (Smart Broadband Wireless) + R50 for the 500GB data night surfer.

Note: The Smart Broadband Wireless month-to-month SIM is data only. Can activate voice, but voice then charged at out of bundle rate only. TMI, I know lol!

Buy the bundle for R50. Done you don't need any other data.

If you only have the night surfer 500gb bundle then you will get the redirect page until it's night surfer time then the net will work until 7am then you will again get the redirect oob page....


I tested it. 7:10 my torrents just stopped downloading and I was presented with a oob page to buy data.

Lets compare Vodacom, Cellc and MTN 1 night only night data for 1GB.....

Vodacom : R49 for 1GB valid for 7 days
MTN R10 for 1GB valid for 1 night
Cellc : R15 for 1GB valid for 1 night

Telkom is waaaaay ahead of these alternatives. I would say this is a EPIC deal especially for people that ONLY have mobile data as a means of internet.
