@rain_mobile Don't you send sms anymore when the power is out on a tower or an issue is picked up used to get those when I just signed up for my rain 5g service?

Have they ever done this? Not to my knowledge. See my other suggestion thread. If I don't bring it up, I'm not even sure anyone is aware.

Attached screen shot of this , I don't know why i used to get it but loved it as then I know there was issues and been worked on and just thought it could help you as well.
