I like the SMS notification idea, and will push it, but there are a number of systems in place. If subs don't know they can do a 'balance' to 100, they probably also won't know they should get a SMS.

It's all down to education.

If the first SMS ("your order has been received") was instant (within 30s-60s ... banks can do it for one-time password authentication) and it said to wait for the second SMS ("your order has now been processed") before using the bundle, there would be no education need.

And I'd just like to say that I've started my car once today, and it worked fine!
