On PS even if exclusive is better than current PC only option we have now.
 
I haven't bought a new game in over 2 years now and refuse to pay that much....period. Shadow of the tomb raider now almost 4 years later still has a default price of R650 bucks.If it means I have to skip playing it or wait several more years, then so be it, even rise of the tomb raider is R349 bucks. To be honest.....my message to them get bent, I much rather go with indies these days, they still have love and attention to detail and support and not driven by greed.......

All of the new tomb raiders are regularly on sale at GMG for a lot less or you can start using isthereanydeal if you don't already.

Depends, but in general terms yes. I've started to use XGP when I wanted to play gears without dropping 1k on it and now it is kinda nice with my halo reply if we forget for a sec about other things like humankind. However, somethings like Pony Island just doesn't list there, but are ok-priced on steam anyways.

Only saw now that "Tomb Raider Definitive Survivor trilogy" That normally go for R350 on sale on console is not available on PC

And here I thought PC is always cheaper....

Then again we got Shadow for free on PS Plus a couple of months back.

As I've said GMG has regular sales on the new Tomb Raiders. Where I've got them from for reasonable pricing. If I remember to and I see it again on special I'll PM you if it is <= 200 zar. But you can also go to https://isthereanydeal.com/ setup an alert for the titles you want from the shops you want to buy from and they will do the same. I've been using them for years in this manner.

EA, ubisoft and a few other studios, don't follow the steam recommended prices based on region/currency and manually adjust their own prices based on region and currency.

It also used to be on Game Pass but has since been removed.

Probs cheaper to get my siblings overseas to send me games + postage !!

It is actually cheaper/better for them to buy you a game on Takealot (R/$) and ship to your home address. Do not under any circumstance send money cause tax man wants his cut, also don't DHL it, same reason.

Talking from XP as me and my brother use to buy each other games for Bdays and such.

That will never happen, period.When EA and UniSoft started with their shite way back, I stopped supporting them.Last UniSoft game I got was was that farcry 3 spin off thing dragon some thing some thing.Got far cry 2 on GOG which is fine.EA the last game was crysis 3.

albeit being on steam, iam not going to jump through hoops again to sign up for their shitty services, if it has another layer other then steam you can fk off.

Besides I have 50 odd games on gog, 500 on steam and couple of 100 original DVD or downloaded games from website like gamersgate, I honestly have enough games to survive covid 2039.Just an avid fan of tomb raider, having the entire series with the exception of shadow.

Just want to switch on a computer or device and play a damn game, without hassles, or having to pay my ass off, for a 20 hour campaign and having to buy dlcs for extra content

Humble bundle has never been the same, ever since they were sold a few years back.It is mostly peddling a bunch of useless crap they hope people buy on impulse.
