Uhm Ok... I find it hard to believe that all the ISPs are ready... maybe just a select few.
Everyone is dependant on Telkom now and some of the resellers really have no say, they can only hope their supplier networks will cater for it.

I would much rather have LLU sorted and have the rentals drastically dropped and even abolished completely!

All country's have this fair usage policy and i totally agree with it... 200gb a month is more than enough
theres only so much you can download, its to stop those guys that download porn 24/7...

and pretty much all ISP's in uk do the same.. consider your selfs lucky you get 200gb limits, they have day limits on my ISP in the uk if you reach 20gb in a day
they throttle your service until next day..

So what exactly does the isp do when u hit the so called ''fair user policy'' do they throttle your connection during peak hrs? If so you mind as well just have a 200gb threshold.

It would appear that these packages are for individuals only; I have recently (since the uncapped offers broke) had quotes from 3 players and they all quoted with specific quotes and caps.
