My husband is on prepaid and had a blackberry and has since sold. 8.ta took off bis of R59 this morning and he is on prepaid.

This is shocking and we want the money refunded. How can you take off money for bis on prepaid, contract yes i can understand

Hi. It seems your husband had previously subscribed to blackberry R59 service and forgotten to cancel it, right?
You can't demand refund, as it is your own omission. But you can cancel the service to prevent being charged another R59 next month. Do you need 8ta rep assistance with canceling service?
