hi guys i am new to this and i jus wana know howcome i used 6gb and nw 8ta is telling me that my bundle is up for the month,i took out the contract on 5oct 2011.please help thanks
 
8ta don't respond on hellopeter, so don't waste grimboy's time. At least they have a rep right here on MyBB.

Don't all companies use copy paste? :P at least I was phoned by a "techie" or something from 8ta. Nothing promising as well.

It is actually much easier and quicker to go to the Telkom Direct/8ta outlet. Mailing them can unfortunately take over 24hrs to get a response. I just make it part of my trip home or to the mall.

Or put the SIM in your phone and call 183, even quicker.
