8ta : Billing query for capped account whilst data bundle not fully used.

Good day

Has anybody ever been capped without using all their data bundle?
I was capped last week and was pretty sure that I still had gigs of data available.
8Ta then confirmed I had a usage of 2Gb for my 10Gb Internet 5 Promo.

So now I've been waiting since Friday for them to resolve this issue.

Can the 8Ta representative perhaps assist with this query?
