8ta Complaint, vanishing cap

Hello

I'm using the 8ta 10GB promotion. For some reason on the 16 Sept 2011 all the data left on my bundle disappeared. My 8ta connection dropped around 22:45, the network became available again after about 5min. When I reconnected couldn't browse, so I checked my balance and it said 1mb left.

On the 15 Sept 2011 I still had 4GB+ left on my bundle and the pc that uses the modem with the 8ta sim at home was off during the day on the 16sept. The small amount of data used by checking my emails when I got home couldn't possibly have used that much data. The part where the network completely disappeared for a few minutes before this happened is also very concerning.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
