8ta not allowing connectivity?

Hi, I am struggling to connect with my 8ta service on a tablet when I am out in the countryside or in smaller towns. This is very frustrating because they promised me that I can roam on the MTN network where they do not have towers yet. It is obviously not true. And I know that Vodacom and MTN works in the area while my tablet does not work! I am paying for a 10GB per month which is effectively useless because I am not always in Centurion where it works. Can anybody help please? I hope 8ta looks at this . . .

On the 10gb internet 5 package, there is definitely no roaming, you can only connect to 8ta towers.

The sales consultant just wanted to make a sale. I am sure if you took your time to actually read the fine print, T&C it's there.

Unfortunately you cannot roam on any of the data promotions Internet 5, 60gig etc. Just purchase yourself additional data or take advantage of Vodacom prepaid data promotion R1499 once-off includes 2gig of data every month for 12months
