8ta not billing

I changed bank accounts in December. I contacted 8ta for change of account via email & telephone.

Still to date they have debit my account. I don't mind not paying for a service that doesn't always work.

They must just not try and send me snotty letter or something for payment when i have instructed them with the correct details for the debit order to run.
 
4 months. they can call me if there is an issue. i am tired of running up my cell phone bill to contact them for billing and poor latency / speed issues.
 
8ta finally suspended my account due to their own negligence of not running the debit order or an issue with it. what more must i do. I have phoned them numerous times to check it the banking details are correct, i have emailed them as well. Just dare they charge me a reactivation fee.

I presume this is what happens when incompetent people run a business.
 
@8ta - Not Amused

I am so pissed off. 8ta failed to debit my account resulting in them suspended my account. I play in the DO Gaming League and was informed that the can only reactivate my account during week days. This sucks as i have a league game on Sunday night.:mad:

8ta - get your act together. Stop inconveniencing customers.
