I complained on HelloPeter last night, and got a call from 8ta today. I told them about this site, the speed issues and complaints threads on mybb, plus the speeds from 6pm-12am, ping times, tracerts, and that it's impacting hundreds of clients.
I don't know if they understand what I'm talking about but I hope they will do something. It just sounds like they have absolutely no idea that there is actually a problem.
Will update if I get more info.
But please can you guys log complaints on hellopeter and get this issue seen by 8ta. The more that complain the better chance they will take it seriously.
