8ta Self Service Problems

Eish. I thought I'll give 8ta a try because of all the problems with CellC.

However when I log into the self service area on the 8ta website, everything loads except under accounts it just shows a loading 8 and the same under bundles. I tried two different browsers but to no avail.

Is this currently a problem for everyone or is there a chance that something is blocking it on my side.

Also, how often do these kind of things happen with 8ta. I'm very worried about having to make use of a Telkom service again. :(
 
Man that means it's something wrong on my side. Currently at work so I'll try again this evening. Well I feel a bit better if it's just something on my side.
 
Tried it here at work and it worked. :)

Next question: I bought the 60GB+60GB thing and I'm sure it's supposed to be valid for a year and yet on the website it said this when I bought it:
"Your account was successfully loaded with a 60GB+60GB Promo which will expire at the end of the next calendar month."

I take it that it's just a mistake in their wording?
 
Last night http://onnet.8ta.com didn't work the same way you described. Today works. They have constant interruption of accounting system. Redirected secure site also reported certification problem in browser.

Check Web site for next few days, if is not corrected, PM to 8ta.

Yes, is it valid for one year (up to 13 months if remember correctly).
 
If you load the 60+60 on the dashboard you should receive an sms stating that it is loaded and the perio it is valid for, but it is at least 12 months. I loaded one a few days ago.
