8TA Still a problem

Hi

Does anyone else in the Centurion area have a problem with 8ta speeds? I had a tech at my house who did tests and everything and said it should be fixed in 5 working days...its been a few months now and my speeds are still crap.

Im lucky if I get 1.5Mbps download. I have 4/5 or 5/5 signal always...

Anyone else experiencing the same?

I have really bad speeds in Lyttelton, I can cannot connect at times! and when I do, its only up to 1mbps. 8ta needs to sort this out coz they have incredible speeds at my workplace in Rosebank.

There is a latency problem on 8ta lately but centurion esp in the wierda area is notorious for bad signal

Centurion area is just crap with phone signal in general. I had endless issues on Vodacom & MTN networks when I lived there.

Can confirm ping is high , figured out I get lower ping to cape town servers yet i live in jhb oh well?

I am in Villieria and have had the worst reception ever as of late ... I am lucky if my RSSI is less than -90dBi (2-3 bars reception) and I am super lucky when my ping is below 100

I have contacted 8ta and had 2 technicians out and still ... no improvement ...
