I believe MYBB should have a rep for all.

My daughter stood at telkom direct for 1 hour. Then had to go. Sim card still dead. She need the phone to work, and now I will try to report it online somewhere.
Bloem got more mtn/voda shops than taxi's, but Telkom direct got only ONE with no number and 2 tellers that plan their lunch break.

Got a email back, stating, try to do sim swop. But telkom direct ques are loooong. Jet can do it, but you need a account there.
Can you just buy prepaid sim, put in phone and select old number.
