A cellphone contract from hell

Dealership cancelation

If a customer has a bad experience and still did not receive the hardware (even if but not used) a customer can demand a dealership cancelation. Where the dealer would carry the “fine”

Can't say I've ever had a problem with iTalk, which app I've heard is now part of MTN SP.

Opened my contract over the phone, was told to go into one of their stores, fill out an application form and have it faxed to them, did it the same day aswell.

The next day i got a call saying my application was approved. 4 days after that i was called again saying I could come collect my stuff from their shop.

When i renewed my contract, I did it telephonically and gave my home address and told my new phone and lappy should be delivered within 5 working days... it came in 4 days :)

About a week later my phone got stolen so i went into the shop and asked for a sim swap. I got the sim card straight away but not the phone ( since i was stupid enough to not take insurance altho it was only an el cheepo samsung e750 ). Luck was on my side as i was told i still had an outstanding contract that had not yet been renewed so i renewed it with a much better phone ( with insurance now :) ).. phone was delivered to my door 4 days later and since have not had a problem.. oh wait... i never had a problem...

me thinks iTalk is #1 but thats just me

Same crap !

3 months for a port to MTN !! I had to phone the port People direct te get it sorted out!
Had to pay for an incorrect number! Never again! When this contract is done they will not see me again!
