A date with Apple!

Wireless charging pad for multiple Apple devices, AirPower, the only thing announced which wasn't really rumoured, I guessed / hoped they'll do something like this, posted about it a month or so ago someware in a wireless charging thread.

Gonna crunch & drink this:

Done...
My thoughts,
iPhone 8 and 8 plus, no surprises there, appart from the wireless charging which will work with third party devices to a standard which already exists, this is a little unlike Apple, would have thought that they'll create their own standard and lock it down to make even more money, so thumbsup for doing it this way.
iPhone X also as leaked and expected, but the software tech surrounding FaceID is pretty impressive and looks pretty cool.
Apple Watch series 3, nothing ground breaking and as said earlier, I doubt I'll upgrade my current Watch.
Airpower charging pad thing for all your devices looks great, I'm glad they did this.
Being legally blind I don't really care for 4K or picture quality, though I know people have been asking for this for a long time, so think the new Apple TV will be a big hit.

My biggest concern with FaceID going in to the future is a personal one, the eyes part can potencially be a issue for me, my eyes are open, I can look at the device, but my eyes doesn't stand still.

So ... the iPhone has finally caught up to the Samsung Galaxy S6, with its glass back and wireless charging; and then mixed in some S8 with the facial recognition (but couldn't nearly get the edge-to-edge screen nearly as slick)?

*shrugs* Sheesh, what a let-down.

It’s the first phone with facial recognition built into the phone’s hardware itself and doesn’t need to send/receive data to a server. That’s cool
