I was in a site the other day and it "made me" download IE 9 Beta and now my browsing is all stuffed- Whats the best way to delete IE9 and go back to IE8 my comfort zone.

I'd rather suggest you disable all addons from third party software.
Press your left ALT key -> Tools -> Manage addons -> Disable all those addons, except those you REALLY need.
Your browsing is mostly stuffed due to incompatible addons IMO

Another thing I'd HIGHLY recommend is to install Google Chrome and give it a shot. It works like a dream. Just give it a try

Yeah as the other two posts have mentioned rather look at using Chrome/Firefox rather than IE.
