Can anyone tell me where to read up on ICASA's rules and regulations involving the tranceiving of the “WIFI 2.4GHz” frequency over long distances?

You will notice in regulation 4 that there is no longer any issue about public boundries - they key issue now is "single site" Nice change by ICASA. Now what the hell is a single site? For that you have to pay fees
