ABSA – Telkom Mobile problem

For more than a year I have been transferring money from my ABSA account to my TM prepaid account via a beneficiary I have created. Then on the 31/10/13 and 01/11/13 I transferred R150 on both days but only R150 were loaded onto my phone number. The difference that I noticed with these transactions is that the transfer use to show as “8ta” on my bank statement now my phone number is given as reference. They must have been experiencing problems late on Saturday night and early Sunday morning because the one transfer that did go thru took about 5 hours. I took my bank statement showing the transfers to Telkom's offices at Collage Square Bloemfontein on Monday 03/11/13 and was given a case number: 7092052 and have twice made enquiries about the case but cannot get any answers. What can I do next?

And by 11h00 the next day this problem was resolved. Thanks Telkom! Now I can buy airtime knowing that any problems that may arise will be solved.
