Hi @nahoR , in most instances where we find that the IP address the order is placed from does not match the address provided during the signup process, this is often questionable. Because of this we have external fraud prevention services that are used to limit our exposure to risk of, for example charge-backs etc.Indeed, bouncing between the two countries. But that in itself does not constitute fraud tho
