Hi there...

I'm struggling to open one of our databases which some incompetent employee messed up...

Upon opening, I get the following error:
Microsoft Office Access - Not a valid bookmark.

The error code is: Not a valid bookmark. (Error 3159).

Can someone please help, as this database is a rather crucial one, and alot of data have been input today...

PLEEEEEZZZZ HELP!!!!

re:bookmark not valid

The error message, “Not a valid bookmark,” may indicate that a database is on its way to being beyond repair or critically damaged, but isn’t quite there yet. Click OK and try again to reopen the database. You could unbound the table and unbound may avoid the error, but it won’t eliminate the problem that’s causing the corruption. In this situation you need to repair database using compact and repair utility or stellar phoenix access repair software. This will fix this error and you will nt get this error..

Hope this helps
