Account Issue

Afrihost still manages some domains I owe although I am no longer an ADSL customer of theirs. I have an issue in that I was listed on a local car clubs account as a contact and now the original contact that opened the account with Afrihost is listed as a contact on mine. How is this possible? And how can I get it sorted out? I have contacted the accounts department on numerous occasions but nothing has been sorted out and their answers to my questions have left a lot to be desired.
