Add a device/laptop worth it?

In the latest telkom mobile brochure, on page3 there is a promo where new and existing ADSL customers can add a device at ZERO % interest, SO

Im thinking of adding a laptop for R259pm. Specs:
Intel core i5 4200u, 4Gb ram, 500Gb hdd, 64bit windows 8.1 (single language)

Is this worth it for R259pm?

Your advise would be appreciated.
