Adsense Invalid Activity Appeal

Signed up for google adsense a couple of months ago. THEN 20 days later got a letter from them that my account had been disabled. Appealed, responce not worth mentioning(they cant undo the action, its disabled for *enterninty*) , Two questions:

1. If i continue appealing, can i win? Any advise with regarding to the appeals

2. Reccomend a company i can sign up as a publiser, thats similar to google. Tried Adynamo, Adbrite didnt work out very well
