ADSL ip address going crazy

Hi guys

I'm having issues connecting to my ADSL accounts

I cannot connet to SAINET or Webafrica but I can connect with a WA local only account....I however get an ip in the range of 41.144.22.1 from my local account...Shoudn't I get an ip in the range of 165.146.132.1 for local only?????

Why has telkom changed IP's all of a sudden?

They still having problems from yesterday, and even though I'm connected their proxy servers seem to be erratic as well now.
