How did mybb distinguish between Telkom SA and Telkom Internet on Hellopeter? I havnt yet been able to figure it out :/

I have used WA, Afrihost, MWeb and Telkom Internet and I still use Mweb and WA (I need WA so I have backup when MWeb latency or speed gets flaky).

When it comes to customer service (we are ignoring the commercial deal (capped/uncapped price etc. here) I agree with the relative order.
In my experience - WA customer service when it comes to suport, activation and billing issues is the best followed by Afrihost a fair way back followed by MWeb again quite a way back and the Telkom Internet a hell of a long way back.

The ratio is misleading, the total should be worked into the formula. Eg Axxess is hardly ever mentioned indicating happy customers to me but the ratio indicates otherwise.

I'd love to see how many of the complaints are resolved. That to me is at least as important as the compliment:complaint ratio. If an ISP cant be bothered to sort me out when I have issues then i don't want to be with them.
OpenWeb have been awesome when it come to sorting out even small issues.

I'm on a random ISP. PLuGG (IS) has always been good to me, all complaints and queries are dealt with on the day they are logged, and if not strait away.

Wow, really? Examples? That's quite a bold statement without proof!

This compliments vs complaints table is completely meaningless. Consumers hardly ever give compliments to a company when things are going well, but very readily complain when things go wrong. So the compliments vs complaints ratio is completely devoid of any meaning.

i agree, like the old saying "no-one remembers when i'm right, but no-one forgets when i'm wrong"
