This compliments vs complaints table is completely meaningless. Consumers hardly ever give compliments to a company when things are going well, but very readily complain when things go wrong. So the compliments vs complaints ratio is completely devoid of any meaning.
Based on service levels of adsl account I rate Telkom highest
Since even when theres seacom downtime they arent affected ever unless its more major than just seacom. I'll rather have a stable account 24 hours a day than one which could drop anytime.

That is why I rated MWEB the highest, since if Seacom does go down, they're usually up and running within 10 minutes on their SAT3 links... unlike other ISP's who go down entirely.

Uptime in terms of their cable may be better but customer support is absolutely terrible...
As far as I know, Web Africa also has a backup? I've never been completely down on my Web Africa account.
