ADSL KPIs: MWEB vs Telkom

Doesn't take much to beat Telkom but nice work there MWEB!

Yep, like saying: "Telkom, I wish to complain about this parrot that I purchased not half an hour ago from this very store"
Telkom: "Oh yes, the, uh, the 4Mbps ADSL...What's,uh...What's wrong with it?"

do we have something like this for the mobile phone providers in terms of dropped calls, etc.??

How can they claim 0.00 packet loss? That BS imo.

Probably billions of packets counted with thousands of packets lost (or some great difference like that)
which when converted to a percentage and rounded off looks like nothing.
Such as this

Nonsense

Wow what a big load of nonsense this article is. Who proof reads this?

Opening sentence:
Telkom and MWEB have released their ADSL key performance indicators (KPIs) for October 2011 to December 2011, giving the average performance related to latency, packet loss and jitter.

Table heading:
ADSL KPIs: July – September 2010

MWEB/Telkom have actually just released KPI data for January - March 2012 - MWEB KPI can be seen here. None of the figures at mentioned link actually correspond to what is in this table..

So which dates are we actually looking at or was this whole story just made up?
