On tuesday our exchange was hit by lightning. I logged a fault with telkom. I live in a small town(orkney). Today apparently the exchange was fixed as everyone elses internet is back on. Mine is still down as the router will not synch. I tested it at another premises and it works fine. I phoned telkom again but they could not tell me what is happening. Is there someone that i could contact as it seems the guys at 10212 knows very little about whats going on. Had the same problem last year and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. Dont want a repeat of that.
