Is there any specific reason why you want a new line?

I doubt they will just install a new ADSL line.

Zyxel R899 from WA, can't remember the model and it's not the ones they have on their site now. Also tested with a TP-Link. Filter connected, because of phone.

Have you tried removing the filter/splitter and connecting the router directly to the Telkom wall box?
