ADSL local-only connectivity problems

For some unknown reason all my ADSL-local accounts cannot connect to Afrihost's mail server. I've check my routes and details and contacted all relevant parties involved but struggle.

Server: mutant.aserv.co.za ; servers accepts normal ping, ports 25, 110

If one of you have a local-only account, can you please test? I have accounts from both GamCo & OpenWeb, issue seems to be on the IS backbone though.

Feedback currently received from ISP
IS: I'm not a Technical Contact, they cannot assist me directly.
GamCo: When international cap is reached, access is blocked.
Afrihost: They forwarded the problem the IS, also testing.

Any ideas?

Same here. Web Browse is slow and torretns are dead "connection closed by peer"

I am in the same boat hopefully it is is a lifeboat.I only have a local connection.Mweb capped.
