ADSL price per Mbps comparison

Telkom is offering broadband speeds ranging between 1Mbps and 40Mbps, with significantly different per-Mbps rates

Looking at the table it is quite clear to me that a really good thing would happen if there is one more bump from Telkom on speeds:

Considering that at 2Mbps you are competing with the current real world SA speeds on 3G for many customers it is pretty damn compelling to lower mobile data costs

Problem is some people barely get a stable 1Mbit connection as it is. I think they should keep it but at half the price.
