ADSL Problems in Orange Grove

After more than a week of no ADSL and calling Telkom DAILY to get this problem sorted I finally find out today that there is a major cable fault in the area.

Anyone else affected? If so, since when?
 
Telkom often use the excuse of a bulk fault just to placate the customer. Just keep calling and escalating until they fix the problem. They also seem to just close tickets after a week or so for no reason so make sure that your ticket is still open.

Well that sucks... The support is shocking. I'll keep calling them, working on a 3G connection is killing my production :mad:
