Hi,

I am quite new to ADSL, so sorry if this is a dumb question.

I have a 192K line, use net limiter to keep track of progress, and for the last 20 minutes have battled to do anything. I can not listen to internet radio and there are times when traffic is 0 even though I am trying to load a page. I never had it this bad on ISDN.

Is this just something that happens on ADSL due to living in SA and the dark ages or what??

also had some probs with IS in durban today, drop my connection an all seems fine again.

What isp are you with?

My ISP

I am with Openweb, and I can only say that the service Mr Beep gives is excellent. I emailed them yesterday expecting an answer today, and in no time Mr Beep had replied. :)

A short while later all seemed to be fine and back to normal. I guess it was a short term glitch, as the rest of the day was great.
