I'm also having congestion slight issues in Die Boord, Stellenbosch. Are code is 021 887 xxxx.
My download speeds only reach 4Mbps at around 03:30 and then start to decline again from 06:30. For most of the day it would typically be anything from 2Mbps-3Mbps, and I've tried MWEB 4Mbps Uncapped, WebAfrica prepaid and now I'm using OpenWeb Gamers' King Uncapped 4Mbps.

My latency is OK and shows no signs of congestion:

Since its weekend, the download speed is also not that bad either:

A colleague of mine is having much worse congestion issues in the upper part of Die Boord and the DSLAM is like 10m away from his modem! I've never seen line attenuations as low as his:
1.0dB downstream and 0.5dB upstream line attenuation
His latencies are also OK, but he's unable to even get 2Mbps on his 4Mbps account.
I'll ask him to post later on Monday.
